What are the errors about not accessing the site? I can get there from the link you posted and the other themes listed further down such as for Vista and Win7, etc. Or are you on a company computer that has certain rules/restrictions about where the user can go?

That is what rules/policies are in place for and something you'll have to take up with the company's IT department or Owner/Manager. Volunteers on forums can't help with going around/against/bypassing that.
