This is a very basic mod I created for personal use, it simply adds the chance to find half decent items in desks, lockers ect.
As its entirely possible someone could have left such items in these places.
The only containers I didn't edit were standard game loot chests, safes and quest related containers.
Items you can find include:
1. Everyday junk (highest chance)
2. Food and drink (average chance)
3. Guns and melee weapons (lowest chance, should only be low level raider weapons like 10mm pistol, pipe weapons and the occasional hunting or combat rifle)
Gives you a good reason to search all those empty desks now
Instructions:
Use Mod Manager. Alternatively mod into DATA folder. Activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp.
